No one can deny the fact that YU is grabbing back market lost to Chinese brands especially Xiaomi by the parent company Micromax.

To give you an idea YU has done a commendable job with YUFIT which is a fitness band but with a difference it has a AMOLED display which displays time, steps, sleep data etc also it connects exclusively with HealthifyMe app. An Unique app which connects to various fitness groups, nutritionists, fitness trainer, yoga guru etc. Also the app has this unique feature of getting calorie counts of food by taking a picture of food which includes traditional Indian Foods such as Samosa, Dosa, Chutney etc.
On the other hand HEALTHYU is a first of its kind device which connects with any smartphone via bluetooth and gives you four vital readings just with touch of fingers viz. Heart Rate, Respiration Rate, Blood Pressure and Body Temprature along with an ECG report and blood oxygen saturation level.

Design
YU has done a great job in terms of
design, the frame of the device is made of metal underwent through a plethora
of processes inspired from automobile industry to make it look premium and seamless. Yuphoria follows symmetrical design which makes headphone jack on top and micro usb power port at the bottom edge to be aligned with central line. Same thing can be said for back camera which also sports first of its kind Saturn ring design (patented by YU) with camera in the centre and led flash resides on ring. The phone is just 8.25 mm thick and the frame is made up of metal to give it premium look and feel. Power button is placed on right edge of device with volume up and volume down rocker buttons above and below the power button respectively making it easier to control device with single hand. The display of the device is protected by Corning Gorilla glass 3 and is made by full laminated process.
Camera and Software:
Yuphoria comes loaded with an 8 MP rear camera and 5 MP front camera, the camera is as smooth as butter and user can get into different modes with just a flick of swipe instead of going deep into settings.
