One Plus sets up its First Exclusive Service Center (ESC) in Bangalore with a 'guaranteed 1-hour turn around time".

One Plus the original Flagship killer brand has announced launch of its first Exclusive Service Center (ESC) in Bangalore. The Bangalore service center is first of 6  service centers scheduled to to be launched by the end of next month. The other cities to have ESCs in first phase are New Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad and Chennai.

These state-of-the-art ESCs promise to bring transparency and professionalism while resolving customer issues within a ‘guaranteed 1-hour turnaround time’, thereby setting a new service standard in the country. For remote locations within these cities, customers can optionally avail the complimentary pickup-drop service already offered by OnePlus.
