Swipe launches Konnect 5.1 the budget 3G smartphone for Rs 3999 on Snapdeal

While the whole world was going gaga over the launch of World's cheapest smartphone the Freedom 251, another budget phone was launched silently from Swipe priced at Rs 3999 with slightly superior specifications.  The new budget smartphone from Swipe comes with low price tag and is named as Swipe Konnect 5.1. The smartphone is priced at just Rs 3,999 and will be available exclusively on Snapdeal.

The device is said to be limited edition phone offering Sandstone Black finish on the back which not only makes the device look premium and stylish but also makes it very comfortable to grip. The company has done their home work in identifying the user buying segments and trends in affordable smartphone handset for coming year. Konnect 5.1 comes with a 5 inch IPS display with Vi-Di technology to make HD images and videos look more colorful and real. There is an 8 MP rear camera with flash support on the back and 3.2 MP camera for the front. The device runs on 1.2 GHz Quad Core processor coupled with 1 GB of RAM. On storage front the smartphone comes with 8 GB internal memory which can be further expanded upto 32 GB via micro SD card. Konnect 5.1 is powered by 3000 mAh strong battery which is impressive for a budget phone. As of now the device comes with Android Kitkat 4.4.2 and is upgradable to Android 5.1 Lollipop.
