Today's event was like a preview of company's plans and goals for Indian market. Unlike other Chinese smartphone brands LeTv did not rushed to launch its already popular smartphone first despite of making significant online presence through its innovative campaigns and very good social media team. Instead, the brand has introduced itself as full fledged comprehensive ecosystem empowering video streaming, music, fitness, smartphone and also a Smart Super Cycle. To build up some momentum for the smartphone (that's what they want to sell more) official launch date along with a teaser is announced. Today's event was attended by many media personnels, tech bloggers and "Super Fans" (I seriously don't get why media events are crowded with the so called fans when already Fan meets are organised separately, but will not go into that for now).

The devices were launched by Mr. Dickson Lee, General Manager, APAC Smart Device of Letv. Designed to enhance users’ entertainment experience, the Le 3D Helmet and the LeMe Bluetooth Headphones will offer a unique video and audio experience to consumers. The Super Cycle is not just a cycle, it’s an Internet-enabled self-powered transport system, which will take fitness to newer levels. Re-defining the cycling experience and creating dynamic visual effect, the Super Cycle will be a game changer, making life easier and more fun.

Le 3D Helmet

The Le 3D Helmet is equipped with a 5.5 inch Sharp 2K LCD screen and a resolution of 2560*1440 with 70 degree field of view. The device is fitted with cushions and comfortable straps to tie on one's head. The device weighs around 450 grams without the head band. The helmet comes with a USB Type C port to connect with your phone for MHL signal input. The device can be used to view videos or play enhanced games anytime anywhere.

LeMe Bluetooth Headphones

Another gadget which was unveiled  today was LeMe range Bluetooth Headphones from Letv, the wireless audio device has a speaker frequency response of 20Hz - 20000Hz. To provide you un-interrupted music experience the device houses a 195 mAH Li-ion polymer battery which provides standby time of 26.5 days and music playback time and talking time of 10 hours. The headset takes around 2 hours to get charged as per the company. For connectivity the headset comes with Bluetooth as well as NFC capabilities and will be made available in wide range of colours like red, pink, blue, orange, and white.

Super Cycle

The last but definitely not the least , product introduced in today's event is Super Cycle. As the name goes this cycle is not any ordinary cycle as you would have already guessed that. This is first of its kind internet-enabled self-powered transport system. The eco-friendly commuter houses various integrated sensors which collects all data generated when cycle as well as monitors how you cycle and through cloud computing allows you to get real-time statistical data. As is the case with most of AI systems the accuracy of measurement will be improved in longer time of use by data accumulation. The Super Cycle is also powered by antitheft technology installed with Fingerprint identification which makes it a keyless/chainless smart Super Cycle. Users can also use mobile app control for real time positioning and remote locking and unlocking. With cycling interface built-in handle bars, all your cycling information just at your fingerprints. Built-in digital PTT walkie-talkie, Bluetooth technology and a 3G WCDMA telecommunication module, makes the Super Cycle more fun as it allows users to share cycling experience with friends in real time. It has miraculous cross-device interconnectivity, automatic power generation and precise positioning with real-time navigation.

Pricing of these products in not known as of now for Indian markets. All three products are expected to be available from second half of the year on company's own website, lemall.com
